When you alien invasion consists of badly animated CGI space sperm and paper mache meteorites, you know you've low budgeted your way into the Restroom...

INFECTION: THE INVASION BEGINS deals with a small town of about twelve people having to fend off an alien invasion with every low budget filmmaking trick they can think of.  Lochlyn Munro (UNFORGIVEN) headlines a cast of nobodys that spend a lot of screentime standing around doing much of nothing.

 

This infectious mess is currently available for streaming on Netflix and Amazon Instant Video, but as always, you're better off leaving any type of brown, alien sperm to us and setting your movie watching sights on another galaxy altogether.

Our special guest in the Restroom this time out is television writer and producer Xandy Sussan.  Xandy's laundry list of past industry credits include BEN 10, BABY LOONEY TUNES, BATMAN: THE ANIMATED SERIES, and THE IRON GIANT.  As a former head story analyst for Warner Bros. TV and Feature Animation, she's more than qualified to flush this "cartoon" excuse of a cinematic turd.
