SRC 108: Drive (1997)

When your martial arts buddy flick plays more like an endurance test for endless fight scenes than it does a fun action adventure, you know you've turbo drove your way into the Restroom...

DRIVE deals with a humorless Jackie Chan (Mark Dacascos) who shows up in America with an artificial device that gives him Captain America like powers, and proceeds to beat the living shit out of anyone who stands in his way in order to sell the device to a rival corporation.  Along for the ride is a token black sidekick in the form of Kadeem Hardison, who's about as funny here as he was on A DIFFERENT WORLD.

This chop socky mess is available for streaming free on YouTube, but as always, you're better off leaving this cyborg Bruce Lee to us and go watch RUMBLE IN THE BRONX for the twentieth time instead.

Also joining us as part of our extended co-flushing team this time out is Degenerate John from the Steel Cage Radio podcast.

Sit back now and give a listen as Griffin, Crest, & Knight flush you down the Cinematic Bowl with, DRIVE...
