SRC 166: Bewitched (2005)

When your big screen remake of a beloved TV series plays more like a bad SNL sketch than it does a loving homage, you know you've wrinkled your nose into the Restroom...

BEWITCHED deals with a young witch (Nicole Kidman) whose efforts to lead a normal life are turned upside down when she meets a failing actor (Will Ferrell) who casts her in a TV remake of the series of the same name.  What follows are 102 minutes of painfully unfunny performances, jokes, plot devices, and veteran actors Michael Caine and Shirley MacLaine showing up just long enough to collect a paycheck.

This one trick mess is available for streaming on Amazon and YouTube, but as always, you're better off leaving this bad magic show to us and go watch THE WITCHES OF EASTWICK again instead.

Our special guest this time out is LA actress Elise Brent, who previously assisted with the flushing of THE INTERNSHIP (HERE).

Sit back now and give a listen as Griffin, Crest, & Knight flush you down the Cinematic Bowl with, BEWITCHED...
